As soon as I open my mouth people have asked “Where are you from?” as it’s obvious I am not from Georgia.

I am originally born & raised in The Bronx, NY.  I had a “gypsy spirit” and have lived in many different states, cities and towns across the US. Georgia has been my home since 1992.  I have personally seen so many changes and growth to my area in particular, Henry County.

I have been a part of the Real Estate Community since earning my Real Estate Salesperson License in February of 2000, becoming a REALTOR soon after, working full-time and raising my family.

When things turned sour in my field, I studied for and passed my Broker’s Exam and opened my own Real Estate Brokerage in 2009 – Henry Homes and More, Inc.

I survived those times by adjusting to my market. I worked with and helped Sellers who were facing foreclosure through short sales.  I became “The Expert” by attaining my CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert) designation and helped them through the stressful, arduous and frustrating transaction that could take up to six months to complete and spoiled their credit for a while but was less harmful than full foreclosure. There is nothing “short” about a short sale!

I also started to work with investors from as far away as Australia as a good deal is a universal inclination.

I always tried to keep in touch and always tried to help my clients in any way I could – even when the task was outside of Real Estate.

Those times passed and due to personal matters (I had to plan a wedding) I took 2 years off (2015-2017) and called it retirement.  I closed my business and got several large personal projects completed.

April, 2017 I moved my license to Oliver Adams Real Estate Broker Services, LLC and took the roll of Associate Broker. Oliver is a Broker/Coach, Property Manager, and a dear friend.

That brings me to the present of my Real Estate Adventures!  I started back in April 2017.  Successfully found a property for my cousin & his family relocating from Oregon.  Remember that wedding I planned?  Well, now my daughter and new son-in-law wanted to purchase a house. Needless to say, they trusted me to do the job, even though they wanted to move to East Cobb/ Marietta area. We were successful there too.
